Watford is a high otctane, highly flamable kind of player. He once hit 10 three point baskets in a game and his 6′8, 215 pound frame allows him to be agressive in the post as well. Watford is that hybrd player that teams love to have. His versatility and sweet stroke make him a coaches dream. Watford is a bit raw and needs to work hard to polish his fundamental skills, however he could easily develop into one of the top forwards in the nation. UK and UofL have both had their intrest peaked by the kids ultra versatile game. Memphis, Alabama, Oklahoma and IU are making a strong push for the Birmingham native. Watford has been on campus in Lexington and the Cats are seemingly in as good a shape as anyone else for the kids services. Here is a look at the bulk of Mr. Warterford’s stats from last season. Demarcus Cousins, Christian Watford and Josh Pritchett were each ruled ineligible for this season in mid-September after the AHSAA deemed their transfer to Clay-Chalkville was improper. Watford, who is also one of the top prospects in the Class of 2009, moved in from Hewitt-Trussville and Pritchett transferred from Ramsay.
