Jeremy Tyler is 6’9, 245 pounds and is a sure fire NBA lottery pick. Tyler has baby soft hands and can bang with the top big men in the country. As a sophomore Tyler averaged, 18.5 points, 14.5, reabounds and over 7 blocks a game. As a defender, one has to respect Tyler’s ability to consistently shoot from the arc. Tyler has also proven to be a very effective player, shooting over 50% from the field last season. Tyler could develop into one of the best players in the nation. We have this kid at #1 for a reason, it will be tough for another player to take it away from him. Tyler had this to say late in 2007,
“I love USC. USC’s a great school, it’s in a great place — L.A. What could be better than L.A.? A lot of students come and support the basketball team. The studies are real good. I like USC.”

” ‘I like the Trojans.’ I used to live in L.A. too. My little brother’s mom – she goes here. She’s getting her doctorate degree. My little brother loves USC. “
